If you can not digest rice, there are 3 possibilities. Or do not cook right that there is always more difficult to digest, and can also prevent damage to the gut that would digest properly - which may be permanent) (the third option.

Boil the rice until it is soft as white rice cooked in the rule? Otherwise, try the following recipe: For each cup of rice, add 2 cups water and season to taste bath, salt and other spices. Bring to a boil, cover pot and reduce heat to low (or even outside). If you have disabled, you can come and go in 40 minutes and you'll find adorable and fluffy and all water is gone (it will not) work in a cold kitchen. If you leave the heat, 10 minutes, all checks, move pierce the rice on one side with a fork to see if the liquid in the pan. If so, put on the lid and come in 10 minutes. The rice should be soft and spongy, and cooked when there is no liquid left.

Other cereal quinoa can also beMillet, oats, as well as a designation, processed in a gluten-free facility.

Sorry, but you need a gastroenterologist as soon as possible. An MD that could be the blood test and make sure you do not have cancer! Blood can be very dark in your stomach, colon, intestines, etc. They do it to give more tests.

No doctor of any kind should a patient visit for 1 1 / 2 years without improvement, and about the symptoms you have. It seems that you are not able to digest any food!

Pls see on another doctor.

Good luck to you.

Turn try the rice and quinoa. There is a grain of good taste. I've heard that rice could affect the colon as well. I want to talk to your doctor about this change and cereal products consumption in order to see what happens. "If this happens again, tell your doctor.
