Muscle spasms may be caused by a deficiency in minerals. Sounds like a mineral deficiency chronic if it lasts for three years! Overcrowding is constantlt or come and go? At a constant mass, a number of things could be, so it's time to see a new doctor or physiotherapist can be.

Magnesium can be an aid when a cramp that comes and goes. Try gently stretching the muscle also extend to the reduced probability after all this time.

Could a lack of potassium in your diet. Eat a balanced diet? Try some bananas on a regular basis and even a few additions. I have a good source for the best supplements available. All organic substances by the first company to supplements in the United States. Also happens to be the same company that sponsors the world's fastest man, Asafa Powell.
